Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes
Keller Candle Company does not ship to P.O Boxes - Local pick up is also available.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
All orders are processed + shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Â
Confirmation is provided once an item has shipped. Tracking numbers are usually visible immediately. Â
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct before checkout.Â
Damages
Please know we try our best to package candles safely, however, in the event you receive a candle broken in transit. Please email us at annekeller@kellercandlecompany.com with your order information and a picture of your broken candle, and we will get a replacement shipped out asap for you.
